How to Use – Printing & Curing Instructions

1. Screen Printing Setup:
   • Use a 40 mesh screen for optimal ink flow and metallic clarity.
   • Print with two hits per color to achieve maximum shine and opacity.
2. Flashing & Curing:
   • Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Cure at 300°F  for full adhesion and durability.
   • Due to the reflective nature of metallic inks, test curing times to ensure proper results.

Clean-Up & Storage

• Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for easy cleanup.
• Storage Conditions: Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life: Best used within one year of manufacturing.
