Screen Printing Guidelines
✔ Use a 60 - 95 mesh screen for optimal ink deposit and reflectivity.
✔ Apply two hits of ink for maximum reflective effect.
✔ For multi-color jobs, apply reflective ink last for the best results.
✔ Test flash and cure times as reflective properties may extend drying times based on equipment used.
Curing Instructions
- Flash Cure: 220°F (105°C) for 3-5 seconds.
- Final Cure: 320°F (160°C) for full adhesion and reflectivity.
- Avoid overheating to maintain the reflective properties.
Clean-Up Instructions
