The Super Turbo "E" Electric Forced Air Dryer is A.W.T.'s air dryer designed for efficient textile production. All plastisol and water based textile inks are cure-dried in the Super Turbo E at speeds up to 110 dozen pieces per hour -- or more. The design of this dryer includes a preheat chamber where the correct curing temperature of inks is quickly obtained. The preheat system can be air fired for energy efficient production. The Super-Turbo E has a quartz tube preheat zone. Heights of the preheat system inside the chamber are adjustable. The second section uses jet air-knives and high volume hot air to fully cure the textile ink while removing evaporates through the exhaust system. Re-circulating hoods re-circulate up to 90% of the dry airflow through the system. This helps to reduce your energy consumption. Dye fumes from colored shirts are safely exhausted. The Super Turbo G and GHO dryers keep textile production running smoothly and efficiently. Ink is fully cured with excellent results. Double insulated chambers allow air temperature to remain constant. This feature makes the dryer energy efficient with little heat loss. Temperatures for the quartz tubes/preheat zone can be set independently of the jet air. If air flow becomes restricted the heating system shuts down automatically and a safety alarm sounds. This safety feature keeps the blowers operating, preventing problems from scorching and blower burnout. Unit has full filter system. (76 and 137 cm) belt widths are the largest and most powerful dryers engineered specifically for DTG digital inks and/or screen-printed plastisols, water-based inks and discharge, making them ideal for Kornit® and other high-volume DTG shops, as well as automatic screen printing operations requiring high capacities. Model BR4D-V30 with a 30 in. (76 cm) wide belt and four 24 in. (61 cm) wide heaters (total 11,400 watts) cures 72 garments/h printed with DTG/digital white ink at 2.5 minutes dwell time, 216 garments/h with water-based ink or discharge, and 475 garments/h with plastisol ink. Model BR4D-V54 with a 54 in. (137 cm) wide belt and four 48 in. (122 cm) wide heaters (total 22,800 watts) cures 144 garments/h printed with DTG/digital white ink at 2.5 minutes dwell time, 432 garments/h with water-based ink or discharge, and 950 garments/h with plastisol ink. Its heating chamber has a boost zone to quickly reach cure temperatures for ink jet, water-based and discharge inks. The LittleRed X1D-18 with an 18 in. (46 cm) wide conveyor belt has a heating chamber the full width of the belt, and can dry Digital White Ink at rates up to 34 pieces per hour at 2 minutes dwell time, or up to 81 garments/hr with water-based ink or discharge, and cure up to 162 garments per hour with plastisol ink. The LittleRed X1D-30 with a 30 in. (76 cm) wide conveyor belt features a 24 in. (61 cm) wide heater and can dry Digital White Ink at rates up to 29 pieces per hour at 2 minutes dwell time, or up to 65 garments/hr with water-based ink or discharge, and cure up to 150 garments per hour with plastisol ink.
