Our Pre-Coated Screens are coated with an automatic screen coater using SAATI PHU emulsion 2/2, to create the best coating possible image when you burn your film.
Our aluminum Frames are constructed with 6063T5 Alloy, each piece is hand cut, welded to insure water tight seal and ground smooth for flatness.
With mesh counts ranging from 24 tpi to 420 tpi, we can provide your screen needs, no matter what the frame size or application.
All pre-coated screens are shipped in light sealed boxes and wrapping to prevent the screen from being prematurely exposed.
