Curing Instructions: Flash at 230°F for 4 - 7 seconds and cure at 320° for 30 - 45 secondsF. Clean Up: Ink degradent or press wash. Storage Information: Store the product in a temperature controled room, and keep out of direct sunlight or high temperatures. Store in an area that is at room temperature for best storeage.

Stock Use: 100% Cotton Details: For simulated process prints the CWB Ink Series is your solution. Separate your artwork on the ink seps separator, print your films, and burn your screens, then use the suggested ink colors to print your simulated process prints. Most colors can be printed Wet on Wet but you will need to add extra flashes when printing some designs do to the amount of ink layed down for the print. For bleed resistance, use an under base white such as our 5 Star Bright White. Curing Instructions: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 320°F (160°C) – 330°F (165°C). SAATI ER2 EMULSION REMOVER 1 TO 35 LIQUID CONCENTRATE

This is a high grade emulsion remover concentrate. It’s a 1 to 35 liquid concentrate with built-in degreaser. You dilute this 1 to 35 with water. The powerful built-in degreaser cuts through the oily residue left during ink removal to speed stencil breakdown and to aid in mesh degreasing. This product is city drain safe. Applications: Removes all stencil types. Liquid concentrate that includes powerful built-in degreaser ‹ Dilute 1:35 by volume, or 1:25 by weight to provide full strength working solution for spray application. Very easy to dissolve and will not crystallize ‹ Degreaser cuts through any greasy film left after ink removal and this ensures fast and efficient stencil removal.
