Total Ink Solutions® Screen Prep & Burning Service We use our house brand emulsion for all screens that we coat and burn, with a 2 / 2 coating of emulsion. This allows us to provide your finished screen with excellent detail with extreme definition. Our house brand emulsion holds excellent details for halftones as well, so send us those complex images so you can impress your clients with your next print. Please let us know in the comment section when ordering what kind of ink you are using so we can use an emulsion that will match up and work perfectly for your project. Also, please keep in mind that the maximum size that your artwork can be for any size screen is as follows. The screen width - 8 x screen height - 8. So for example a 23"x31" screen would have a max artwork of 19" x 12". (23-8=15 & 31-8=23) Lastly please color separate your artwork, and supply the artwork either as one file with colors separated in layers, or as separate files. If you are submitting the files as a vector format, please send us the artwork ready to print by having the artwork set to the correct size on your canvas, and save the file as one of the following formats .pdf, .ai, .eps. On the other hand if you are submitting the artwork as a raster image please make sure that the artwork is created to size at a minimum of 350 DPI. The raster images can be submitted as .psd, .tiff, or .jpg. The entire process takes 2-3 business days as long as the artwork is provided in the correct format.
