Total Ink Solutions® carries four different types of squeegee durometer: 60 durometer (Red), 70 durometer (Yellow), 80 durometer (Dark Green), and 70/90/70 triple durometer. Squeegee durometer is the squeegee "hardness," that determines the amount of pressure required to push ink through mesh. In general, soft squeegees leave a thicker ink deposit, while hard squeegees deposit a thinner amount.

This Emulsion has been specially formulated by Total Ink Solutions® to bring you a stronger, longer lasting emulsion at a great price point. Water resistant when post exposed. Excellent print definition on any mesh. 42% solids content. Exposes eight times faster than a diazo or dual-cure emulsion. APPLICATIONS Garment printing with plastisol ink. SAATI PW4 REMOVE PRESS WASH

This is an ink solvent good for use with plastisol ink types. It is designed to be used on press for color changes or general cleanup. When wiped with 100% cotton rag, masking tape will stick almost immediately. This product will not lock up plastisol resistant emulsions. And it has a pleasant orange scent. Applications: Removes ink from screen with on press. Recommended for use with Plastisol and UV-Cured inks.‹ Flash point 49ºC/120ºF. Medium drying speed. Directions for use: Spray or wipe on both sides of the screen to open dried or clogged ink. Let evaporate and continue printing.
