Sublithin® Soft - Digital Media (Matte) The Perfect Digital Media for Sublimated Sports Garments! Standard digital media isn’t formulated for use on sublimated jerseys. If you apply a regular printable polyurethane vinyl onto a sublimated garment, you’ll get what’s called “dye migration”. Dye migration is when the sublimation inks bleed through the vinyl, causing your designs to look muddy or splotchy. Sublithin® Soft has a charcoal-colored backing and is specially formulated to work with most eco-solvent, solvent, and latex based inks and printers to block this dye migration and keep your graphics looking sharp on most sublimated polyester garments! Sublithin Soft is great for use on polyester motocross, soccer and hockey jerseys with full sublimation. Sublithin Soft is approximately 160 microns/6.3 Mils and is a PU composition Not compatible with Inkjet, toner, or sublimation printers. Application Instructions Print, cut, and weed your design. Siser®EasySubli™ Heat Transfer Vinyl The latest innovation in garment sublimation is here! EasySubli™ is a brand new HTV by Siser® that allows you to print custom, full-color designs using your sublimation printer. EasySubli can be fed directly through a sublimation printer, which eliminates the need for transfer papers. After printing, it is recommended that you allow the inks to dry for 2 hours before masking, or you can lay your design underneath an open heat press platen for about 45 seconds. While traditional sublimation is limited to white polyester garments, EasySubli can be used with a variety of different fabrics and colors. EasySubli is also applied at a low temperature of 311°F, compared to 380°F and above for traditional sublimation. Siser® EasySubli is designed to work with virtually any sublimation printer, however, we recommend Sawgrass® machines and the specially formulated Siser EasySubli Inks by Sawgrass for best results.
