KORNIT STYLE HOODIE COMBO PALLET

Achieve stunning prints on your zipper hoodies and pullover hoodies with our specially-engineered Kornit Style Hoodie Combo Pallets! If you've ever tried printing zipper hoodies with a simple Kornit Standard Hold Down Pallet, you've probably learned very quickly why not to! Because the zippers often stick up off of the pallet, either your machine's head gets clogged, or worse, it comes into contact with your garment disabling it. This can cost tons of money to repair (not to mention lost time from not printing). An easily removable insert allows you to use this pallet either for zipper hoodies or for pullover hoodies. When inserted, the precision machined insert results in a flush printing surface for pullover hoodies. Our Kornit Style Zipper Hoodie Pallets are available for use on either Kornit's pedestal or our AE Kornit Retrofit Pedestal. The benefits of using our pedestal and the corresponding pallets are as follows: Pallets that are compatible with the AE Kornit Retrofit Pedestal are significantly cheaper. Much quicker turn-around times. Far lighter than the alternative. Extremely durable - withstands the test of time.

Glitter Infused Plastisol Ink Series Total Ink Solutions® Glitter Series is a phtalate free plastisol ink that has a low cure formulation to go along with its amazing glitter properties. Features: Vibrant colors. Double Hit NO UNDERBASE LOW Cure. Short flash times. Stock Use: 100% Cotton 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester 100% Polyester Details: Print glitter with ease by using the correct mesh screen. There is no need for an underbase with this product. Simply print 2 hits of ink and you are good to go for each color. If you are printing multiple inks, then flash the glitter ink at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds prior to printing your next color. The glitters reflective attribute may elongate the flash time depending on flash unit. Make sure to test prior to full production. MESH: For automatic presses we recommend 25-30 Mesh. On Manual presses we recommend 40 mesh or lower screens. Curing Instructions: Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 280°F (137°C) – 300°F (148°C). They are made using ultra-durable solid aluminum and employ the use of a rubber ring to quickly and easily hold the garment flat during printing. With a removable center plate, this platen is 16" wide and 10" long. The pockets drop off of the back of the platen and you are able to print cleanly over zipper/hem assemblies. 16" x 10" Printing Plate Area. FRANMAR® RED BIGGEE SCRUB PAD (GENTLE) AND HANDLE

This Reusable Scrub Pad and Handle has fine plastic bristles that hold the replaceable scrub pads tight to the handle completing the scrub brush. It’s a great money saver in any shop because this handle will outlast several replaceable pads so each time a pad goes bad you only have to replace the pad, not the brush.
