OPTIDIP 650 – Dip and Strip Tank Solution is a water soluble, 2-n-1 ink degradent and emulsion remover formulated to break-down UV, Solvent and plastisol inks. OPTIDIP 650 will also remove all photo-polymer, diazo and capillary film emulsions.
Simply fill your dip tank with the appropriate amount of water and then add OPTIDIP 650. You can mix the solution with up to 10 parts water. Place screens in dip tank and let them dwell for 1-3 minutes. Only let screens soak until emulsion is soft enough to be rinsed off. Emulsion should not come off in dip tank.
