Product Details:
The 3D Series is perfect for creating raised, tactile designs on your garments. Its high-density formulation ensures that your prints will have depth and dimension, making them visually striking and unique. This ink is custom-made at the time of order, so please allow 48 hours for shipping.
Recommended Applications:
- 100% Cotton
- 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester
When printing on dark garments, no under base is required due to the ink’s thickness and density, which helps prevent dye migration. For best results, use a capillary film between 200 and 1000 microns.
Stencil Instructions:
Use thick capillary film between 200 and 1000 microns for optimal results with high-density ink.
Screen Mesh:
Use a mesh screen between 15 to 86T monofilament polyester.
Curing Instructions:
- Flash: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3 – 5 seconds.
- Cure: Final cure at 320°F (160°C) – 330°F (165°C). Important Note: Excessive heat may cause the 3D print to crack, so be mindful of curing times and temperatures.
Clean-Up:
Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for effective and easy clean-up of screens and tools.
Storage Information:
- Temperature Control: Store the ink at 65-90°F (18-32°C), away from direct sunlight.
- Shelf Life: For optimal performance, use within one year of the manufacturing date.
