How to Use Smash Heat Seal:

Prepare the Fabric & Patch:
- Hoop fabric, crinoline, and/or stabilizer and embroider the design.
- Un-hoop and trim the design as needed.

- Lay a piece of Smash Heat Seal on the back of the embroidery with the release paper facing up.
Heat Press Activation:
- Use a heat press or iron to bond the Smash Heat Seal to the embroidery (refer to heat press settings above).
Cooling & Finalizing:
- Allow the patch to cool completely, then peel off the release paper.
- Cut the patch to shape using scissors or a die cutter.
- Finish the edges with a serging machine or a zig-zag stitch for a clean, professional appearance.
