All shipping dates displayed on our website are estimates based on the available information at the time of your order. We strive to fulfill all orders promptly. However, once your order has been shipped, the delivery timeframe is in the hands of the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other transport services).
While we take every measure to ensure timely fulfillment of your order, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your order is with the carrier. Delays due to carrier performance—including but not limited to weather conditions, logistical issues, or high-volume seasons—are beyond our control.
If you require special attention or need to guarantee delivery on a specific date, please contact us directly by phone or email before placing your order. Additional charges may apply for such requests.
We do not reimburse shipping charges for delays incurred due to carrier performance.
