Shipping Policy

Shipping Estimates

All shipping dates displayed on our website are estimates based on the available information at the time of your order. We strive to fulfill all orders promptly. However, once your order has been shipped, the delivery timeframe is in the hands of the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other transport services).

Carrier Responsibilities

While we take every measure to ensure timely fulfillment of your order, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your order is with the carrier. Delays due to carrier performance—including but not limited to weather conditions, logistical issues, or high-volume seasons—are beyond our control.

Special Requests for Guaranteed Delivery

If you require special attention or need to guarantee delivery on a specific date, please contact us directly by phone or email before placing your order. Additional charges may apply for such requests.

Shipping Charges

We do not reimburse shipping charges for delays incurred due to carrier performance.

Although we are not responsible for carrier delays, we are here to help! If you experience any issues with your shipment or need assistance tracking your order, please reach out to our customer service team.


Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Equipment Orders:
    All equipment orders are final and non-refundable. Equipment is manufactured specifically for each order.
  • All Other Items:
    May be canceled until they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged.
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized goods.
  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
  • Goods unsealed after delivery due to hygiene concerns.
  • Ink Cartridges and Custom Products: No returns or cancellations once shipped.
  • All Equipment: No returns. Contact the manufacturer for any issues.

Returning Goods

All eligible returns incur a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Missing Goods

You have 2 days from the delivery date to report any missing items. After 2 days, we may not be able to assist.


Gift Returns

  • If the goods were marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return.
  • If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.

International Buyers

  • Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes.
  • Local Consumer Laws: Your local return period overrides our policy where applicable.
