1. On-Site Service – Available Within 50 Miles of Hackensack, NJ (07601) Rates may change based on logistics and additional miles.

✔ 3-Hour Minimum Charge – Required upfront to book a service request.
✔ Service Begins – Time starts when the technician leaves our Hackensack, NJ facility.
✔ Additional Time – $175 per hour, Not including travel time.
✔ Travel Surcharge – Additional fees apply for service locations beyond 50 miles.

2. Video Call Support – Remote Troubleshooting & Assistance

✔ Available via Zoom, FaceTime, or Microsoft Teams
✔ Payment required before the session begins
