How to Use – Application & Curing Instructions

Screen Printing Setup:
- Use up to 355 mono-filament polyester mesh (142T European Mesh) for fine details.
- For high-opacity prints, a lower mesh count may be required.
Curing Instructions:
- Heat-cure at 320°F (160°C) for 2 to 3 minutes to ensure a soft-hand, durable finish.
- This ink will not air dry and requires proper curing for optimal results.

Customization & Modifications

Custom Colors: Mix with non-leaded pigments to create custom shades.
Viscosity Adjustment:
- Use RE-703 or RE-704 (up to 5% by weight) for minor viscosity reductions.
- Use RE-705 (up to 10-20% by weight) if color opacity is not a primary concern.
