Aluminum Pro-Angle Scoop Coater is a premium tool for precise, efficient emulsion coating. Its all-aluminum construction delivers durability and smooth, consistent application for professional-quality screens.
Sizing tip: choose a coater about 1 inch wider than your image area so the emulsion extends roughly 2 inches beyond the print area for full coverage.
Care: wipe the edge with a warm, damp cloth after each use. When storing emulsion in the trough, cover it with plastic or cardboard, and keep the rubber edge protector on to guard the coating edge, screens, and fabrics.
