The Super Polyester Plastisol Ink Series is ideal for printing on athletic uniforms, stretch fabrics, and dark polyester garments. This versatile ink can be used on a variety of substrates, from 100% cotton to 100% polyester. It offers a short flash time and a soft, durable finish, making it perfect for high-performance athletic apparel. For the best color output on dark garments, we recommend using a white base, such as our ATHLETIC White.
Run a Test Sample: To ensure complete satisfaction with your prints, please run a sample prior to completing the job. This will help you verify the adhesion, stretch, and overall quality on your specific substrate.
Curing Instructions:
- Flash: Flash at 210°F (99°C) for 3 – 5 seconds.
- Cure: Final cure at 280°F (137°C) – 300°F (148°C) to ensure durable, long-lasting prints.
Clean Up:
- Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for effective cleanup.
Storage Information:
- Temperature Control: Store the ink at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight.
- Shelf Life: For optimal results, use within one year of the manufacturing date.
