Avery Dennison MPI 1105 SuperCast is a 2-mil gloss white cast film built for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and long-term outdoor signage. Cast construction means it conforms to compound curves, rivets, and deep recesses without fighting back — and without shrinking away from the edges later.
Easy Apply RS
The RS adhesive lets you slide and reposition the film during application instead of committing on first contact, and the air-egress channels let trapped air out so you're not chasing bubbles. On a full wrap this is the difference between a clean install and a fight.

Applications
- Full and partial vehicle wraps
- Fleet and commercial graphics
- Outdoor and indoor signage
- Window and wall graphics
- Marine and recreational vehicle wraps
Lamination
For maximum durability and graphic protection, pair MPI 1105 with an Avery Dennison DOL 1000Z, DOL 1300Z, or DOL 1400Z laminate. An unlaminated printed wrap will not reach the film's rated outdoor life.
Application & removal
-
Prep: surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, and wax.
-
Apply: squeegee with firm pressure. Use heat on curves and recesses.
-
Reposition as needed before committing the adhesive.
-
Post-heat to the recommended temperature for full bond strength — skipping this is the most common cause of edges lifting weeks later.
-
Remove: warm the film and peel back slowly at roughly a 120° angle.
Handling
- Store cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and on end rather than flat.
- Handle with clean, dry hands — skin oils contaminate the adhesive.
- Ventilate when applying heat.
