Tapered Sleeve Pallets provide increased image capacity inside a sleeve. Overall Pallet dimensions are 6" x 22" and the front load side edge of the pallet is 4". Purpose: For printing long sleeve shirts and maximizing the available image area of the shirts sleeve. This shape matches the sleeve geometry Pallet Size: Most commonly 6” tapered to 4” x 22” Long Made of Solid Aluminum & Soft Top Rubber

CLASSIC DOUBLE SLEEVE PALLET

Print on Two Sleeves at a time to Maximize Production! Sleeves are 4" wide. Overall pallet dimension is 16" x 28" Minimum Order Quantity of 4 pieces. Please note that this item is a 3-4 week lead time for production.

EPSON DTG FRONT + TAG PLATEN

These pallets are far superior than anything else on the market. They’re made using ultra durablesolid aluminum & they employ the use of a rubber ring to quickly and easily hold the garment flat during printing. Front+Tagless Platen 14" x 20" Overall - Both layers are on top. Manipulate the material so that thecollar seam drops into the slot. Tag Plate Area - 1.75" x 3" Pallet Plate Area - 14" x 19.5"

FAN WEAR PALLETS

Our Double Half Wing pallet for fan wear style jerseys is an excellent specialty effect pallet which allows you to print across both shoulder seams. When printing across the shoulders, this shape allows for true All-Over-Printing. Special shaping optimizes loading and image capacity in this shirt size sensitive pallet. Purpose: Print across the shoulders and back of the arms. 22", 24" & 26" Squeegee & Flood bars are available for most automatic machines.

EPSON DTG DUAL SLEEVE PLATEN

Dual Sleeve Pallet for Epson Direct To Garment Machines The print area on our Dual Sleeve pallet is 3.5" x 17". Both layers of your sleeve will lay on top of the pallet. Lock the cuff in place and you are able to easily manipulate the material so that the sleeve seam is down in the groove.

COMBINATION PALLETS

The purpose of the Action Engineering combination pallet is to print on both youth shirts and sleeves. The pallet measures 10" x 11" on one side, and 4" x 11" to the other. Use the 10" x 11" to print on youth sized shirts and use the 4" side to print on sleeves.
