When an underbase is printed, the mesh lifts fibers from the garment, causing a rough surface that reduces color vibrancy and detail clarity. By using the Double Roller Squeegee after the flash, you create a flatter, smoother print surface, allowing top colors to lay perfectly and pop with greater detail and precision.
Each Double Roller Squeegee includes a PTFE sheet (commonly known by a trademarked name) that enhances smoothness and ink uniformity, effectively mimicking a heat press directly on your machine. This results in a softer hand feel and higher print clarity.
The Double Roller Squeegee is available for most automatic screen printing presses, with a manual version available soon. Whether you're printing on cotton, polyester, or blends, this tool ensures your final prints have an ultra-smooth, professional finish.
