The 60CM DTF Tunnel Dryer is a professional curing solution engineered to properly melt and bond hot-melt powder to DTF transfer film. Designed to integrate with 60CM DTF printers, this unit ensures balanced heat distribution, consistent curing performance, and strong wash durability for finished transfers.
Built for commercial production environments, the tunnel dryer provides controlled, even heating across the entire film width. Proper curing is critical in DTF production, and this system ensures powder activation without scorching film or under-curing adhesive.
The internal heating system is designed to distribute heat evenly across the film surface, allowing the powder to melt uniformly and bond correctly to the ink layer.

The tunnel dryer is used after printing and powder application. Once the adhesive powder is applied and excess powder is removed, the film passes through the heating chamber to activate and cure the powder layer before transfer pressing.
