The 60CM DTF Tunnel Dryer melts and bonds hot-melt powder onto printed DTF film, the stage that decides whether a transfer survives washing or cracks and peels. Built to pair with 60CM DTF printers, it carries heat evenly across the full film width for repeatable results at production volume.
Total Ink Solutions offers two ways to cure at 24":

The tunnel dryer runs after printing and powder application. Once the adhesive powder is applied and the excess removed, the film passes through the heating chamber to activate and cure the powder layer, ready for heat pressing.
