The PW601 DTF Printer is a professional 60CM (24”) Direct-to-Film printing unit designed for high-quality textile transfer production. Built for commercial print shops and apparel decorators, this standalone printer delivers consistent color output, strong white ink performance, and reliable daily production operation.
This model includes the printing unit only. Powder application machines and curing ovens are sold separately.
The PW601 supports full 60CM film width, allowing large gang sheets and efficient layout usage for maximum material output.
The printer outputs CMYK and white ink layers together, producing vibrant colors and strong opacity for transfers applied to both light and dark garments.
An integrated white ink stirring system helps prevent sedimentation, reducing nozzle blockage and maintaining consistent white ink density during long production runs.
The machine is built with a stable carriage system and controlled ink output to maintain print clarity and uniform ink deposition across the film.
