EXTREME Low Cure Plastisol Ink Series

Total Ink Solutions® ELC Series is a phthalate free plastisol ink that has an extremely fast flash and cure temperatures. The curing speed along with the adhesion formulation for delicate and hard to print items make this ink a must have for all of your tote bag and other polypropylene printing projects.

Designed for single and multiple color jobs, on hard to print items due to adhesion and temperatures with regular plastisol inks. The ELC series will allow printers the ability to print on these difficult substrates with ease when using this ink. The LOW FLASH and CURING temperature attribute of this ink series make it the best solution for substrate like polypropylene, that melt very quickly in a dryer. Multiple color jobs are possible with this series using a flash but be careful not to over flash or heat up your delicate material to much during this process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This ink does have a shelf life of 3-4 months and is made on demand for clients, so all batches are fresh.

Curing Instructions:

Flash at 180°F (83°C) for 2 seconds and cure at 260°F (126°C) – 280°F (137°C) in 5-10 seconds.

Clean Up:

OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover

Storage Information:

Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within 3-4 months of manufacturing date.
