Grey Blocker Underbase is a high-opacity, low-bleed plastisol underbase that stops dye migration on the fabrics that cause it — 100% polyester, tri-blends and sublimated garments. Printed as the first layer, the neutral grey traps the fabric's own dye so your white and color top layers stay true instead of turning pink or yellow days later.
Cures 290–310°F. Pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon. Made in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Grey blocks dye migration more effectively than a white underbase alone — the neutral tone absorbs and stops the migrating dye rather than letting it tint a white base. Lay grey down first, then your white and colors on top.
