The Leg/Sleeve Power Platen is a specialty lower platen designed to reduce the risk of scorching on heat-sensitive fabrics by heating garments from below, minimizing the need for high heat from the upper platen. It features a built-in heat printing pillow that conforms to any substrate, allowing you to press across difficult areas such as buttons and seams with ease. This platen is fully threadable when used with a Heat Press Caddie, enhancing versatility for different printing projects.
The Power Platen is compatible with 16″ x 20″ Hotronix® Auto Clam, MAXX® Clam, and Air Fusion IQ™ heat presses, but it is not compatible with Hotronix Fusion IQ or draw presses. The controller for this platen is interchangeable with all four sizes of Power Platen, offering flexibility to order one or more sizes based on your needs, with the option to save by purchasing a full set along with the controller.
