EZ-Clean Squeegees

Two-piece EZ-Clean Squeegees from Action Engineering, built to make changing rubber effortless. Loosen the screws and the rubber falls right out — no bonded blade to fight, no prying with a vise. One side is countersunk for flathead screws, the other is tapped, so there are no nut or bolt heads sticking out to snag your wash rag, and no gaps between the profiles for ink to hide in. All stainless steel hardware.

How they're made

The rubber is slightly over-cut and installed with a careful eye for straightness, then edge-sanded and cleaned up — a genuinely straight, precise blade.

Choosing a durometer

• Single Duro (70) — the standard all-purpose blade, ships installed. Right for most general printing.
• Triple Duro — soft/hard/soft laminated blade. The stiff center core resists flex and holds a sharper edge under pressure while the softer outer layers keep good ink shear. Best for high-detail work, heavy deposits, and long production runs.

Machine fitment

Fits M&R, M&R Copperhead, Anatol, and Workhorse Automatic presses — they share one profile, so a single squeegee covers all four. MHM and ROQ use a different profile. For ROQ, Action Engineering makes the AE-ROQ Straight version, redesigned so the blade sits truly straight (no built-in 15° flange) — that lets you rotate it 180° on press for a fresh edge instead of pulling and reinstalling the rubber.

Replacement rubber

Because the rubber drops free, these are built to be re-bladed, not thrown away. Order replacement squeegee rubber in the same durometer and length when the edge finally goes.
