Mimaki Replacement Ink Chip only

Replacement ink chips for Mimaki printers. The chip is what tells your printer a cartridge is present and how much ink it holds. Replace a failed or expired chip and the printer reads the cartridge normally again.

Available series

• LUS-170 (UV) — for Mimaki UV-curable LUS-170 ink. Includes Clear and White alongside CMYK and light colors.
• DTF PHT-50 — for Mimaki direct-to-film ink cartridges. CMYK cartridges are 600ml; White is 500ml.
• SS22 — 440ml — for Mimaki SS22 eco-solvent ink, including Orange, light colors, and Light Black.

Choosing the right chip

Match three things: ink series, cartridge volume, and color. A chip is coded to a specific ink series — an SS22 chip will not work in a LUS-170 cartridge, and vice versa. Check the label on your existing cartridge before ordering.

Notes

• These are replacement chips only — ink is not included.
• Handle by the edges. Chips are static-sensitive; avoid touching the contacts.
• Seat the chip fully in the cartridge holder. A partially seated chip reads as a missing cartridge.
• Third-party replacement chips are not covered under Mimaki's warranty.
