Replacement cutting blades for Roland cutters, sold in 5-packs. Third-party blades built to the same tolerances as OEM at a fraction of the cost — and since blades are a consumable you replace constantly, that difference adds up fast.

| 30° | Thin materials — standard vinyl, HTV, and fine detail work. The shallowest angle gives the cleanest cut on thin stock and the longest blade life. |
| 45° | The general-purpose blade. If you only stock one angle, stock this. Handles most vinyl, HTV, and cardstock. |
| 60° | Thick materials — heavy vinyl, sandblast mask, thick cardstock, and reflective. The steep angle cuts deeper but dulls faster on thin stock. |
Using too steep a blade on thin material is a common mistake — it cuts through the liner, causes the material to lift, and wears the blade out early. Match the angle to the stock.
Set blade depth so the knife cuts the material but only scores the liner — if you're cutting through the backing, the blade is too deep and you're destroying the tip. Handle blades by the holder, never the cutting edge, and keep the blade holder clean; adhesive residue on the shaft stops the blade swivelling freely, which shows up as rounded corners.
