Genuine Roland cleaning solutions and maintenance kits. Regular cleaning removes ink residue before it dries, prevents clogged nozzles, and keeps print quality consistent — by far the cheapest way to protect a printhead.

Match the cleaner to your ink system

These are not interchangeable. Roland uses different cleaning chemistries for different ink systems. Check which ink your printer runs before ordering.

Which do I need?

• Running TrueVIS with TR2 ink? The 100 mL kit covers routine maintenance and includes the sticks. The 500 mL bottle is the bulk refill for shops cleaning often.
• Running ESL5 ink? Use the ESL5 kit. The TR2 products are not compatible.

Use

• Follow your printer's maintenance schedule — don't wait for print quality to drop.
• Use the supplied sticks or swabs; ordinary cotton swabs shed fibers that lodge in the head.
• Never reuse a swab. One pass, then discard.
• Clean the capping station and wiper as well as the head — dried ink there is a common cause of morning clogs.

Safety & handling

• Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection. Avoid prolonged skin contact.
• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• Store sealed, cool, and away from heat and ignition sources.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult the Safety Data Sheet before use — the SDS is the authoritative source for hazard and first-aid information.
