Application Instructions:
Sensitizing & Mixing:

Prepare diazo sensitizer following bottle instructions.

Thoroughly mix with emulsion until fully blended.

Let the mixture stand to allow air bubbles to escape.

Use within one month for best results.
Coating:
- Apply one or two coats on the substrate side of the screen with a high-quality scoop coater.
- Follow with one or two coats on the squeegee side.
Drying & Storage:

Dry screens in a dust-free area under dark or yellow light at a max temperature of 104°F (40°C).

Store in a safelight environment and use within one month after sensitization.

Sealed containers maintain original properties for one year when stored in cool conditions.
