Saati PC Blue is a fast-exposing, pre-sensitized photopolymer textile emulsion for garment printing with plastisol inks, built for high-volume shops. This one-part blue emulsion exposes up to eight times faster than diazo, with no diazo staining and no mixing. At 50% solids with medium viscosity, it builds fast, bridges well and holds sharp detail across mesh counts.
When post-exposed it becomes water-resistant, so it also runs water-based inks and adhesives — durable on press yet easy to reclaim.
Coat a clean, degreased screen, dry in the dark, then expose. Post-expose for water resistance with water-based inks. Reclaim with a standard Saati emulsion remover.
Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
