Screen Remesh / Restretch Service

Give your aluminum or wood screen-printing frames a fresh start. We restretch approved frames with high-tension Saati monofilament polyester mesh in your selected mesh count.

Listed pricing is for remeshing only. Cleaning, preparation, packaging, shipping, and other applicable services are not included unless selected or invoiced separately.

Choose the Correct Screen Condition When Ordering

When placing your order, select the option that matches the condition of your frames:

Option 1 — New or Unused Screens

Choose this option only when the frames are new, unused, and do not have old mesh, adhesive, ink, emulsion, tape, or residue.

• Do not select the additional $3 Screen Clean & Prep charge.
• The frames must be clean and ready for mesh installation.

Option 2 — Used Screens

Choose this option when the frames have previously been stretched or used.

• You must add the Screen Clean & Prep service for $3 per screen.
• This charge covers the standard setup and preparation required for a used frame.
• Used screens must arrive completely free of ink.
• Screens containing ink will not be accepted for remeshing and may be returned at the customer’s expense.
• Excessive adhesive, emulsion, tape, or residue may require additional labor charges.

Selecting the incorrect option may delay your order and result in additional charges.

Returning Your Original Frames

You may place your remesh order online before sending or delivering your screens. To receive your original frames back, each shipment must include a clearly visible tag or packing slip containing:

• Customer or company name
• Telephone number or email address
• Online order number
• Quantity of frames included
• Requested mesh count for each frame

Whenever possible, label each individual frame with its requested mesh count. Frames received without adequate identification may be delayed.

Screen Swap Option

Customers may also participate in our Screen Swap System. Instead of waiting for the exact frames submitted to be remeshed and returned, we may provide comparable used frames that have already been cleaned, prepared, and fitted with brand-new mesh.

By selecting the swap option, you understand that:

• The replacement frame may not be the exact frame originally submitted.
• Replacement frames are used frames in serviceable condition.
• The $3 clean-and-prep charge and all remesh charges apply.
• Frame size and requested mesh count are subject to available inventory.
• Your original submitted frames become part of the swap inventory and will not be returned.

New Jersey Store Pickup

For local pickup, select Store Pickup during checkout. Pickup is available at our New Jersey location only. We will notify you when your completed screens are ready.

Return Shipping

For shipped orders, you may:

1. Provide a prepaid return shipping label, or
2. Have us calculate and add the actual return-shipping cost to your order.

Screen frames are oversized and may be billed according to dimensional weight, package size, number of cartons, destination, and carrier handling surcharges. The shipping amount shown on the website may not accurately calculate the final shipping cost.

Additional packaging or shipping charges may be added before the completed screens are released.

All incoming frames are subject to inspection. Frames that are damaged, severely warped, cracked, weakened, or otherwise unsuitable for proper tension may be declined or require additional approval before work begins.
