Siser® StripFlock® Pro Heat Transfer Vinyl – 20 Colors – 12"

Siser® StripFlock® Pro is a flocked heat transfer vinyl with a raised, suede-like texture — a genuine alternative to embroidery. The fuzzy, opaque colors give logos a deep, rich look, and the material is thick enough to cover hat seams while still sitting well on bags, denim and heavier garments.

It is the only flock in the industry that can be layered on itself. You can also run it as a base layer under other films — cover it with EasyWeed® EcoStretch™ for an embossed effect.

Cutter settings

• 45° blade: Force 20–25 · Offset .250 · Speed 10
• 60° blade: Force 15–20 · Offset .250 · Speed 10

Settings vary with blade condition and age of machine. Always run a test cut before cutting a design. Cut in mirror.

Application

• Temperature: 310°F / 154°C
• Time: 15 seconds
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Warm — after at least 10 seconds

Home iron: Set the dial between Cotton and Linen. Cover with a heat transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper. Press with medium/firm pressure for 15 seconds on a flat, hard surface — not an ironing board. Peel the carrier warm.

Laundering

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash
• Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent
• Dry on normal setting
• Do not dry clean

Worth having on the bench

• Siser Weeder — flock weeds differently than smooth HTV; a proper weeder matters here
• Multipurpose Paper or Heat Transfer Cover Sheet — protects the flock texture during pressing
