Application Instructions:

With a Home Iron:

1. Set iron between Cotton and Linen settings.
2. Cover with a heat transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper.
3. Place on a flat, hard surface (not an ironing board).
4. Press with medium/firm pressure for 10-15 seconds per section (do not slide the iron).
5. If any areas lift, re-press for 5-10 seconds.
6. Peel carrier cold.

With a Heat Press:

1. Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds.
2. Cover with a heat transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper.
3. Apply at 320°F (160°C) with medium pressure for 15-20 seconds.
4. Peel carrier cold.

Care Instructions:

• Wait 24 hours before washing.
• Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent.
• Do not dry clean.
• Tumble dry on normal setting.
