Classic Transfer Plastisol Ink Series
Total Ink Solutions® TR Series is a phthalate free plastisol transfer ink that has extremely vibrant colors, fast flashes, fast gel curing, and great adhesion with our powder adhesive. This ink series is designed for the screen printing shop that wants to start making there own screen printed heat transfer, while using the adhesive powder to increase the adhesion level of the ink.

Details:
Screen print your image onto a hot peel plastisol ink transfer sheet. If printing multiple colors, you may want to run the transfer sheets through your dryer to pre shrink the paper before printing and flashing between colors. Print your design mirrored and in reverse when printing multiple colors. Apply transfer powder and run the transfer sheets through your dryer being careful not to fully cure the ink. Curing Instructions:
Flash at 220°F (104°C) for 3 – 5 seconds and semi (gel) cure at 250°F (121°C) – 280°F (138°C). Apply transfers at 330°F (165°C) – 350°F (177°C) for 15 seconds.

Storage Information:
Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.
