Ultra Strip 5000 is a high-release transfer paper for making plastisol screen print transfers. Print and cure your design onto the paper, store it, and press it onto garments whenever you need — which lets you gang up short runs and print on demand instead of handling every garment on press.
Key features
-
Superior ink release — crisp transfers with minimal residue left on the sheet
-
Built for plastisol — sharp detail and high-opacity prints
-
Wash-resistant — transfers hold up through repeated laundering
-
Hot or cold peel — you choose the finish
- Works on cotton, polyester, and blends
How to use
-
Print your design — plastisol ink onto the transfer paper, in mirror image.
-
Cure the ink on the paper — flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds, then full cure at 320–330°F (160–165°C) through a conveyor dryer.
-
Transfer to garment — position face-down and press at 325°F (163°C) for 8–12 seconds at medium pressure.
-
Peel — hot for a matte finish, cold for a glossy, more vibrant one.
