Velflex Ultimate Flock features a velvety soft matte surface that will give you a raised texture with a finish similar to suede. It comes in a variety of colors for all your design needs. There are neutral shades including black, white, light gray, camel and navy, and if you’re looking for bold, bright colors, you can choose between blue, sky blue, red, orange, green, yellow and dark pink shades. Velflex Ultimate Flock is easy to use, too. Its texture makes cutting simple, even if you are working with very small designs. Once the cutting is finished, simply peel away the unused portions of the film to reveal a clean, crisp pattern. This film features three layers—the upper rayon pile followed by PET film, which makes for a strong, durable carrier to the hotmelt glue that adheres the film to fabric. OPTISTRIP 600 - Emulsion Remover OPTISTRIP 600 is the best perfroming emulsion remover in the market today. Simply spray it on your screen and watch the emulsion come off with as little as a garden hose. NO MIXING REQUIRED. Do not dilute the product for the best effectiveness. OPTISTRIP can be diluted up to 1 part chemical 5 parts water, but your effectivenes will be lowered. To use the product spray the prodcut using a quart spray bottle, directly onto the emulsion in your washout booth, then wait aproximately 20- 30 seconds for the emulsion to soften. Once the emulsion has softened you can use a spray nozzle or powerwasher to remove the emuslion from the screens.
