Screen Printing Inks
Water-based inks cure into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it, giving a soft hand you can barely feel. They're the choice for retail-quality tees, tag prints, and anything a customer will judge by touch. What's here Ink colors — the standard 62-color soft-hand textile line, in pint through 5 gallon. Fluorescent — 12 UV-reactive neons. Four color process — CMYK set for halftone and photographic work. Custom color match — Pantone® matched to your spec. Additives — retarder to stop the ink drying in the screen, and low-cure additive for heat-sensitive garments. Working with water-basedWater-based ink dries in the screen if you let it sit — keep the screen flooded between prints and add retarder on long runs or in dry shop air. Cure is driven by evaporation plus temperature, so a dryer that handles plastisol fine may not fully cure water-based at the same belt speed. Verify cure temperature with a probe and wash-test before you run production.Clean screens and tools with water before the ink sets. Once cured, it will not come out.
