Our emulsion is specifically designed to hold fine details, making it ideal for intricate designs and halftones.
When placing your order, please specify the type of ink you’ll be using in the comment section. We’ll match the emulsion to your ink type, ensuring compatibility and optimal results.

Artwork Submission Guidelines:
- Maximum Artwork Size: The maximum artwork size is calculated by subtracting 6 inches from both the width and height of the screen. For example, a 38×38 screen would allow a maximum artwork size of 32×32 inches.
- File Preparation: Ensure your artwork is color-separated and provided either as a single file with layers or as individual files. Vector files should be correctly sized and saved as .pdf, .ai, or .eps. Raster images should be at least 350 DPI and saved as .psd, .tiff, or .jpg.
Production Timeline:
- Standard Production: 2-3 business days after receiving properly formatted artwork. Orders placed after 3:30 PM will start production the next business day.
