Best for high-opacity whites, athletic inks, glitter, shimmer, puff inks, and designs requiring a heavy ink deposit.

Our most popular mesh for everyday screen printing. Excellent for standard plastisol inks, spot-color artwork, and general production printing.

Your screens are manufactured specifically for your order using the artwork you provide. Each stencil is individually exposed and inspected before shipping to help ensure dependable print quality.
Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days, although larger orders or artwork requiring review may require additional processing time.
Because every screen is produced specifically for your artwork, burned screens are custom-made products and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is identified. If we discover a problem with your artwork before production begins, our team will contact you to discuss available options.
