Product Details:
The CWB Ink Series is engineered for simulated process printing, using a system based on six primary colors plus white, black, and grey. This system allows for precise color separations, resulting in detailed, high-quality prints. Most colors in the series can be printed wet-on-wet, but additional flashes may be required depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of ink laid down. For enhanced bleed resistance, it is recommended to use an underbase white, such as our 5 Star Bright White.
Curing Instructions:
- Flash: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3 – 5 seconds.
- Cure: Final cure at 320°F (160°C) – 330°F (165°C).
Effortless Clean-Up:
Keep your screens and tools clean with OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover, ensuring an efficient and straightforward post-production process.
Storage Guidelines:
Store the ink at 65-90°F (18-32°C) to maintain its quality and performance. Avoid direct sunlight and ensure the ink is used within one year of its manufacturing date.
