Franmar® Emulsion Remover UN-Lock – Powerful Lock

UN-Lok® Screen Unlocker saves time, money and screens. When emulsion has locked into the mesh and a normal emulsion remover will not touch it, UN-Lok’s easy-to-use gel formula goes to work — and because the gel stays wet for up to 24 hours, you can apply it and come back to clean at your convenience. Stubborn locked emulsion is no match for it.

How to use: Apply liberally to the locked emulsion and to the remainder of the screen. Let the product sit for 10 to 30 minutes; heavily locked areas may need longer. Scrub well with a Biggee™ scrub pad or stiff brush, then wash with a power washer or a hose with a pressurized nozzle. Repeat on trouble spots as needed.

Typical uses: Rescuing screens with locked-in or ghosted emulsion; periodic deep-cleaning of screens in heavy rotation.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Because the gel is designed to dwell on the screen, take care to avoid skin contact during application and scrubbing, and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not allow to freeze.
