Franmar® Emulsion Remover Strip E Doo – Eco-Friendly

STRIP•e•doo® Emulsion Remover is Franmar’s ready-to-use stencil remover, breaking down the toughest emulsions, capillary films and stencils without the caustic bite of traditional strippers. It is the everyday reclaiming workhorse for shops that want effective emulsion removal with a safer, lower-odor chemistry.

How to use: Remove ink from the screen first. Wet the screen, then pour or spray a small amount of STRIP•e•doo onto both sides. Scrub both sides thoroughly with a Biggee™ scrub pad or soft brush and rinse with pressurized water before the product dries on the mesh. Follow with D•GREASE™ before re-coating.

Typical uses: Everyday screen reclaiming; removing direct emulsion and capillary film after ink removal.

Available sizes: Quart, Gallon and 5 Gallon. A 1:19 concentrate version is also available for higher-volume shops.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not allow to freeze.
