High Opaque Plastisol Ink – 62 Colors – For Dark Cotton & Cotton Blends

High Opaque Plastisol Ink is built for one job: covering dark garments in a single hit. It lays down heavier and hides more than a general purpose ink, so on a black tee you get a clean, bright print without printing a white underbase first.

High Opaque is formulated for dark 100% cotton and cotton blends. It is not a polyester ink and it is not bleed resistant.

Printing on a dye-migrating garment? Opacity is not bleed resistance. A red 50/50 will bleed through High Opaque — use Bleed Resistant.

Always test cure temperature with a donut probe or temp strip. Under-cured plastisol cracks and washes out. The 320°F must be reached through the full thickness of the ink, not just at the surface — and High Opaque is deposited thicker than most inks, so give it the dwell time it needs.

• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
• Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
