OPTI 637 Wash-Up – 76000 Polyester Series

OPTI 637 Wash-Up (formula T-637) is the dedicated screen and tool wash for the 76000 Series Polyester solvent ink. Industrial-strength cutting power removes ink residue from screens, squeegees and equipment to keep the mesh open and prints sharp.

⚠ Industrial use only. A solvent-based screen wash for industrial screen printing — keep away from apparel and skin contact.

Industrial-strength ink removal. Quart, gallon and 5 gallon. Made in Hackensack, New Jersey.

What it works with

• The matched wash-up for 76000 Series polyester ink.
• Cleans screens, squeegees, spatulas, frames and presses.
• General solvent cleanup can also use OPTI 902 or OPTI 925.

How to use

• Apply directly to the screen or tool, let it dwell briefly, then wipe or rinse.
• Allow to air dry before reuse.

Safety, PPE & OSHA compliance

Flammable solvent-based product — handle per the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200); a GHS Safety Data Sheet ships with every order and must be kept accessible to employees.

• Gloves — chemical-resistant nitrile (not latex).
• Safety glasses — to protect against splashes.
• Mask — a solvent/organic-vapor respirator mask when ventilation can't keep vapors down (not a dust mask).
• Storage — keep sealed and upright in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat, sparks, flame and sun; ground containers when transferring.
