Directions for Use:

Handling:

• Use under yellow safelight or low-wattage tungsten lighting.
• Avoid exposure to daylight, quartz/halogen lamps, cool white fluorescent lamps, or discharge lamps.

Sensitizing & Mixing:

1. Prepare Diazo as per bottle instructions.
2. Add the entire contents to the emulsion and mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Label the sensitized emulsion with the date and let it sit for a few hours to allow air bubbles to escape.
4. Store in cool conditions and use within one month for best results.

Mesh Preparation & Degreasing:

• For new mesh: Use SaatiChem Direct Prep 1 to degrease and abrade for optimal stencil adhesion.
• For further applications: Degrease thoroughly with SaatiChem Direct Prep 2 before coating.

Coating Instructions:

• Apply 1-2 coats on the substrate side, followed by 1-2 coats on the squeegee side.
• For thicker stencils, apply additional coats to the squeegee side before drying.
• For higher-quality stencils, apply extra coats to the substrate side after initial coats have dried.

Drying & Storage:

• Dry coated screens in a dust-free, dark, or yellow light area at a max temperature of 104°F (40°C).
• Store with the substrate side facing down for optimal stencil quality.
• Coated screens should be stored in a dust-free, dry, safelight environment.

Storage & Shelf Life:

• Unopened containers maintain original properties for one year from the date of production when stored in cool conditions.
