Application Instructions:

1. Preparation: Start with a clean, degreased, and dry screen for best adhesion.
2. Coating: Lightly stir the emulsion before use and apply evenly with a scoop coater for a smooth stencil.
3. Drying: Allow to dry completely in a light-safe environment before exposure.
4. Exposure:
   • Exposure time varies based on light source, stencil thickness, and mesh count.
   • Run a step wedge or exposure test to determine optimal exposure settings.
5. Reclaiming: Easily remove with Optima, SAATI, or Optima-brand emulsion removers.

Storage & Handling:

• Store in a cool, dark environment—a refrigerator (not a freezer) is ideal for extending shelf life.
• Do NOT freeze—frozen emulsion will be unusable.
• Keep tightly sealed to prevent air and light exposure.
• Always handle in a light-safe area to maintain product integrity.
