Powderless Plastisol Transfer Ink – 62 Colors – No Adhesive Powder Needed

Powderless Plastisol Transfer Ink makes screen-printed heat transfers without the adhesive powder step. The adhesive is built into the ink — print, gel-cure, and the transfer is ready to press. No powder to dust on, no powder to shake off, no powder in the air.

How to run it

Mesh	110–230
Print	Mirrored/reversed onto transfer paper
Gel cure	Flash 220°F (104°C), then gel at 250–280°F (121–138°C) — do NOT fully cure
Press to garment	315–350°F (157–177°C), 10–15 s, medium-high pressure
Peel	Hot, cold or hybrid per your process
Substrate	100% cotton · 50/50 cotton-poly blends
Cleanup	OPTI Wash 125 or any standard plastisol screen wash
Storage	65–90°F, cool and dry. Shelf life 1 year.

The gel cure is critical — under-gel and the transfer won't release, over-cure and it won't bond to the shirt. Always test your dryer and press on a scrap before a production run.

Need a color we do not stock?

We are a Pantone® certified company. Our proprietary UMX (Ultimate Mixing System) matches any Pantone® color — in plastisol, solvent, UV or water-based ink. Standard turnaround 48–72 hours under D50 lighting. Free software: umxsystem.com.

• Avoid prolonged skin contact — wash with soap and water
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use
