Transfer Plastisol Ink – 32 Colors – For Screen-Printed Heat Transfers

Transfer Plastisol Ink (PFTR Series) is built for screen-printed heat transfers — you print and gel-cure onto transfer paper, powder it, and press it onto the garment later. Phthalate-free, vibrant, and it bonds hard when used with a transfer adhesive powder.

What makes it a transfer ink

Unlike a direct-print plastisol, this ink is formulated to be gel-cured, not fully cured, on the transfer sheet — so it stays ready to bond when you press it to the garment. Stock transfers ahead, press on demand.

How to run it

Mesh	110–230
Print	Mirrored/reversed for multi-color transfers
Gel cure	Flash 220°F (104°C) 3–5 s, then gel at 250–280°F (121–138°C) — do NOT fully cure
Adhesive	Apply transfer powder to wet ink, shake off excess
Press to garment	315–350°F (157–177°C), 10–15 s, medium-high pressure
Peel	Hot, cold or hybrid per your process
Substrate	100% cotton · 50/50 cotton-poly blends
Cleanup	OPTI Wash 125 or any standard plastisol screen wash
Storage	65–90°F, cool and dry. Shelf life 1 year.

The gel cure is the whole trick — under-gel and the powder won't stick, over-cure and the transfer won't bond to the shirt. Test your dryer and press before a production run. Pair with our Transfer Adhesion Powder.

Need a color we do not stock?

We are a Pantone® certified company. Our proprietary UMX (Ultimate Mixing System) matches any Pantone® color — in plastisol, solvent, UV or water-based ink. Standard turnaround 48–72 hours under D50 lighting. Free software: umxsystem.com.

• Avoid prolonged skin contact — wash with soap and water
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use
